This casual jacket comes in eight sizes ranging from 81 cm (32 ins) to 117 cm (46 ins). Actual size is about 10 cm (4 ins) bigger.

The Technical Stuff

The yarn used is Rico Design Essentials Soft merino Aran and it is worked on 4.5 mm and 5 mm knitting needles. You will need between 11 and 14 50-gram balls depending on the size you are working. Deramores and Wool Warehouse are both stockists.

We have picked a feminine Rose shade and there are nearly forty others to choose from so we are sure you will find one to suit. You can view the range here.

The jacket is worked with a moss-stitch edging which gives a lovely textured feel. The “waterfall” effect means the top edges naturally turn over giving a draping effect. The back is worked in stocking-stitch.

We have classed this design as Easy, so why not have a go?
