Illustrations Editor, Manon selects just some of the most memorable artwork commissioned for the 'Friend' in 2024.

“Looking back at 2024, I’ve selected one favourite work from our short story artists, because they beautifully showcase a diverse range of creative compositions, atmospheres, and colour schemes,” Manon explains.
“All resonating with the magazine’s commitment to uplifting storytelling, timeless tradition, and celebrating life’s simple joys.
