Holidaying With Your “Friends”

weekend away with the friend

We’re excited about March at the “Friend”, but Kirsty is even more excited!

Finally, March has arrived!  I know that I am not the only one in the office glad of that, but not for the reasons you might think. You see, I am one of the lucky team members going on our break to lovely Alvaston Hall Hotel on March 23.  We’ve been busy in the office, checking we have everything arranged for the trip, and we have also had a training session from our resident craft expert Liz. I am pleased to report that we all managed brilliantly (and did not stick our hands to the table during the process!)

Margaret and Jacki will be there, too, and Angela will join us on Sunday.  We have been battling, in a very good-natured way, to decide who gets to take part in all the various weekend activities such as the trip to Nantwich, or who will accompany our guests if they want to try their hand at archery or have a boogie on the dance floor in the evenings (we decided that we all need to do that one!)

Book to Join us!

Anyway, enough of me rabbiting on about this. If you have not already booked and want to come and join us there is still some availability.  All the details are here – Weekend away with  The People’s Friend Team.

For those of you who have booked, then we hope you are as excited as we are!  We will, of course, promise to take lots of pictures and share them with you on our return.

That is a promise from a very excited Kirsty!
