There’s nothing we love more at the “Friend” than putting together new editions like this, and our 150th has been no exception.
It took a lot of work, including many hours spent in our amazing Archives. There were some late nights — and there were even some tears!
But, of course, it was all worth it. The version Angela has here is the dummy, which we all get the chance to read to check for errors before the magazine goes off to print.
There’s not normally a sense of excitement when this sort of thing lands on your desk, but it was certainly palpable with our 150th Anniversary Special Edition.
