Editor’s Diary: Sunny Days And A Secret Project

sunny

Dundee has been enjoying some lovely sunny weather recently. Summer has arrived!

I must admit, though, I’m relieved it hasn’t quite hit the high temperatures experienced in other parts of the country.

Incidentally, did you know that Dundee is the sunniest place in Scotland? There are, however, times when we would all dispute that statistic!

Sunny Days In The “Friend”

The “Friend” office is a lovely place on a warm summer’s day. Sunlight streams in the windows, along with a refreshing cool breeze. And at lunchtimes, the historic graveyard just across the road is a haven of flowers and greenery.

It’s also much quieter than usual, with people off on holiday. And that gives those of us left behind time to catch up on tasks needing attention.

A New Project

For the last few weeks, I have been enjoying getting stuck into an exciting new project. I can’t tell you too much about it, as it is still top-secret. But here are a few teasers for you!

Keep an eye on our website for more news as publication day gets closer.
