We have a versatile cardigan for you this week.

Our cardigan brings a lovely splash of colour to your wardrobe.

It is worked in Rico Designs Creative Chic-Unique DK in the shade Forest (010).

Each strand of Chic-Unique is made from two entwined shades that shift at different points, giving you amazing colour overlap and an inspiring shade texture. This ensures a unique finish every time.

Find out more or order direct at www.woolnstuff.co.uk.

Our cardigan comes in eight sizes ranging from 81 cm (32 ins) to 117 cm (46 ins). Actual size is around 10 cm (4 ins) bigger to give a comfortable fit.

Difficulty Level

Close up of cardigan design

We have graded this an intermediate design.

The lace panel pattern is worked throughout over a 10 stitch and 16 row repeat featuring the usual lace stitches. This is not too difficult, but you do need to take care when working the sleeve and neckline shapings.

We have kept these shapings to a minimum.

Finally, to finish off your cardigan you will need 9 or 10 buttons.

We are always being asked by readers for more cardigans so we hope you will all love this one, we certainly do.
