Special Brandy Butter

  • 75g soft butter
  • 50g light brown sugar
  • 2tsp of brandy
  • 2tbsp Warninks Advocaat liqueur

Brandy butter is the perfect partner to the traditional mince pie – and in this recipe it’s even more indulgent with the addition of retro Christmas classic, Warninks Advocaat.

1. Cream the soft butter.
2. Mix in the light brown sugar.
3. Add the brandy, followed by the Warninks Advocaat liqueur.
4. Set aside or chill until required and add to your favourite mince pie recipe.
