Regular visitors to our website (and readers of our magazine!) will know that we celebrated our 150th anniversary in 2019.
It really was a great year for us, filled with so many wonderful moments and memories.
Thanks to the attendance at our reader holidays and programme of events — and even just the volume of letters to our “Between Friends” page — we know you all enjoyed it just as much as we did.

Because 2020 is year 151 of the world’s longest-running women’s weekly magazine. It may not have quite the same ring to it, but nevertheless we plan to keep up the celebrations, and the momentum.
