We have a knit sporty tank top for you this week.

How To Knit A Sporty Tank Top
Tank tops are great for adding an extra layer and our choice has a fresh, sporty look about it.
Our V-neck top comes in sight sizes ranging from 81 cm (32 ins) to 117 cm (46 ins).
Actual size is around 11 cm (4 ins) bigger, giving you a comfortable fit over a layer.
The yarn we have used is a classic, Rico Essentials Merino DK. As well as the main shade, we have used Natural 60, you will need one ball of a contrast shade.
We decided on a nice bold contrast and selected Cobalt Blue (29). There are plenty of shades to choose from in this 100% pure wool yarn and you can find out more, and order direct, from www.woolforewe.com.
We have graded this tank top as intermediate. The stocking-stitch is straightforward but you do need to keep a close eye on what you are doing when working the deep V of the neckline.
This is a versatile garment that can be worn at all times of the year. A genuine all rounder, set to bowl them over!
